this cloth is going for a visit when it's done. along with a few others. and because it's going where there aren't cloth people, i've become more Care~Full with some of the very loose weave. am finding self thread weaving with the invisible basting. This is causing yet another very deep layer of intimacy with the cloth. yet another very deep layer of Love.

and where we begin today:
it began with the Post of 9/19 Going somewhere I need to go.
it has sat on the wall since. through the grand finale of an election, through destruction of Jude's part of the world, on going. and the other day, it came down from the wall and sat on the table. then, a phone call during which an interview with Joanna Macy was mentioned: On Being with Krista Tippet A Wild Love for the World. and the grief broke, like a fever.
"There's absolutely no excuse for making our passionate love for our world dependent on what we think is its degree of health. Whether we think its gonna go on forever. THIS moment...you're alive."
where now, What now?
so, the grief is faced. acknowledged and allowed. Now what?
i will just work to tame them. to let them tell me how.
These last three posts go together. i couldn't make it happen. but they need to be here, as witness for this week when i learn MORE about Waiting and Allowing.
