yesterday, the electricity went out. somewhere an electric pole had caught fire. so that was most of the afternoon. then maybe early evening, it was fixed and electric back ON, but, alas, there was no internet. i called the Electric company but they thought it was in the internet server which is my phone company. so, called the Tech Support number and spent a lot of time with "Frank" in the Phillipines trying to figure it out. he was Great. Kind and funny and when i asked him how the weather was there, he said they were at the moment under a Type 4 Typhoon Warning. i apologized for being whiney. he laughed and continued. we came to no conclusions and he set me up with the phone company service call on Tuesday. but then, just a while ago, it fixed itself. ???? Maybe when repairing the electric pole the cut through the internet fibers that are underground? Anyway. so, day 205 fell into oblivion.
