so she didn't arrive till 2 something last night. and today, rearranging things to accomodate another person here, reaquainting with Goats, then going into town to pick up and package up and mail the rest of the boy Julian's birthday presents which were things like rubberbands, popsicle sticks, a stapler, staples, clear notebook saver sheets, the notebook, glue sticks, stuff like that that he uses for his own very personal purposes. We did this at the Old Cowboy's house. Now empty. Felt like it gave the house something to do.
Then home here where she hooked up a new phone to replace the old phone which sometimes would but most times wouldn't let the number 4 connect when trying to dial. And while she was "under there", she took out ALL the non functioning electrical cords and then with masking tape, labeled all the remaining wires...phone, computer, printer, lamp, etc. All in all MANY feet of useless extension cords. Gone. Done with. Everything left having a labeled purpose.
And inbetween and with everything Tay is beside her self with JOY, but Tazmeena most, who has known her since she was the kitten of Alyssia's cat Belly...when Alyssia was maybe 9 years old. Tazmeena is in an altered space, sitting on her lap, her head and arms on Alyssia's thigh to her knee, receiving spinal massage...she is Ecstatic.
in this moment she is on the freeway to go pick up her brother, my floundering grandson to bring him back here. Who i haven't seen in a couple years, maybe more, maybe 3. The one who has apparently fathered an infant son that was born on the Old Cowboy's death day. So this is what i am doing, how i am just going in the moment. As i write that i smile. It is all quite very amazing.
there was a comotion out under the awning today. ????? and when i went to get the wheelbarrow that i use to bring the Goat's feed to that fence, there, in it, the wheelbarrow, just under that precarious nest in the awning
a small very perfect fallen egg. Looking up, the nest is kind of in tatters. What went ON? Don't know. But the egg sits on the altar now.
