leaving early to go Give Water at Hill. first battery light came on and then, almost there, a strange humming sound and the Heat Gauge shot up to the RED zone. Pull over. Water leaking from under driver's side, just some but engine is HOT. There is still water in the reserve. Call Alyssia and they come. We look and she sees something dangling, i reach down and in and feel, pull up and out a very very shredded belt. Conversation. We continue on to Lakeside Diesel where our Great and Kind neighbor who doesn't work on old Toyota trucks has fixed Sunny now 4 times....i show him the tattered belt. He asks questions and says to leave the key. He will call. Might not be till morning. A few hours later he calls. Ready. Sunny has a new radiator fan belt. We go.
like Emrie, i'd NEEDED the above pictured. NEEDED. Clear head push pins and that plaster casting tape. They arrived. Am not sure what the pushpins are for...but when i was afixing Deb Lacative Beauty C loth to the sun shade frame at the Wall Garden, i could hardly find enough...had to take down that Walnut Looking Cloth to use those. This is a container of 700. The plaster tape....for the Mask i need to make.
i'll leave for the Hill again in just a little while. Things are blurring into themselves and eachother. I will see what needs to be done to clean the Ash in the "house". The Evac order has downgraded from Mandatory to Evac Warning. Spot fires continue to erupt nearby.
