Looking it up, as in google, it says: connected with God (or the gods) or dedicated to a religious purpose and so deserving veneration. So...what if your God (or gods) is just Life. Life as in what is alive. All of it. All that is alive. Has ever been alive from the "beginning", continues to be alive, day unto day. Ever alive. Ever changing. Ever Ever. Ever Everything.
